HIGH PRODUCTION

With the ability to rapidly boil product combined with the ability to rapidly recover between batches, the Quantum PRO Series Multicooker can produce batches between 33 lbs. to 130 lbs. per batch or between 230 lbs to 1200 lbs per hour in standard models and higher production units are available upon request

ENERGY EFFICIENT

Quantum PRO Series Multicookers are highly efficient.  The technology uses direct heating of water to rapid boil the water.  Then at the end of batch cycle, only the dirty or starchy water is removed and automaticall replaced with clean water, on average using only 2 to 5 gallons of water per batch.  This saves energy and water.

INCREASED PRODUCTION

Decrease kitchen stress and increase production while decreasing wait times.  With typical batch times of 6 to 8 minutes for par-cooked pasta made for regeneration or 8 to 13 minutes for fully cooked, the recovery time between batches is only between 10 to 12 minutes on average, faster then any other mass production kettle.

EASE OF USE

Quantum PRO Series Multicooker can be used in manual or automatic mode.  In automatic mode simply set the timer and the unit does the rest, automatically discharging either direct into hotel pans or directly into a quench tank for cooling of the product.

A SOUS CHEF IN THE KITCHEN

 Quantum PRO Series Multicooker is not just for pastas.  It is a true Sous Chef in the kitchen and can be used for pasta, vegetables, rice, beans, or even stocks and soups.  The perforated baskets allow for straining of products such as spices, bones, and meats.

DIRECT CONNECTION DRAIN

If doing soups and stocks the direct connect drain can be connected to a filler or depositor, allowing for direct filling of bags or containers of soups and stocks.  This saves time, decreases kitchen stress, and increases HACCP standards.

DECREASED COST OF INSTALLATION

The integrated controls along with the automatic emptying of the contents by the automatic bask tilt eliminates the need for secondary controls panels and eliminates the need for overhead cranes that our competitors use.  All this saves thousands of dollars on installation costs.
